Alex H Nichols is a writer and multimedia artist based in San Francisco and Los Angeles, working at the intersection of writing, performance, video, photography, painting, and installation. Her work challenges the boundaries that separate our internal and external narratives.
She has exhibited her work and performed her writing locally and internationally at renowned institutions such as 18th Street Art Center in Los Angeles, Headlands Center for the Arts, the Djerassi Resident Artists Program (2022), Bamboo Curtain Studio in Taipei, Recology San Francisco, Minnesota Street Projects, MOCA Taipei, ZONA MACO Art Fair in Mexico City, MACO Museum of Contemporary Art Oaxaca, and Art Miami.
