MOBINANOURI.COM | @MOBINANOURI.STUDIO
Mobina Nouri is a multidisciplinary artist whose work bridges past and present, drawing from Persian literature, mysticism, and her lived experience as a female immigrant. With academic training in performing arts, design, and a Ph.D. in Creativity Science, she creates thought-provoking pieces that explore inner landscapes and connect spiritual insights with the human search for identity, connection, and transformation. Her visual language combines hypnotic line work with storytelling, offering poetic reflections on both personal and universal narratives.
Her immersive performance Between Realities was most recently presented at the Venice International Performance Art Week in Italy. She also teaches multi-sensory creativity at the Philosophical Research Society, focusing on unlocking imagination through the senses.
Nouri’s work has received international recognition, including awards from MOZAIK, the Future Art Award, the San Francisco Women Artists Gallery, and the de Young Museum. She was also a resident at Djerassi. Her practice challenges perception and invites meaningful dialogue, positioning her as a compelling voice in contemporary art.
